Coconut Peanut Sauce

1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut milk
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 T. palm sugar
1 tsp. sate seasoning (Penzey's) or more to taste
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. fish sauce

In medium saucepan, mix coconut milk and peanut butter. Warm and whisk until combined. Add remaining ingredients and whisk till combined. Serve warm. Can be refrigerated and reheated in microwave.
